Biography

KING LEX has been writing music for 23 years. Born in Toronto. Canada. His debut Album was released in 2008 entitled "Golden Child" LP. 

With the overwhelming success of his first independent project. 2012 KING LEX released his first worldwide distribution single called "She So Fly". Also directing and creating three cinematic film releases, entitled "Life & Rhymes", "KING LEX - Reality Series" and "Champagne Dreams". "KING LEX - Reality Series" was featured in Bloor West Film Festival. KING LEX in 2012 performed at Nathan Phillip Square, Toronto for "The Summer Artist Showcase".

Rising Artist Award 2014 at the Black Diamond Art Gallery, Toronto. 

Accomplishing awards winning Best Artist in 2016 at the Bloor st Festival, Toronto.

KING LEX has worked and produced songs with Grammy Award winner producer Anthony Paul Jefferies, known professionally as Nineteen85 in Toronto.

Nineteen85 is best known for producing records for Drake and many other industry artists. Notably some of his most successful singles, "One Dance", "Hotline Bling" and "Hold On, We're Going Home''.

KING LEX has had a remarkable career, writing a musical catalog comprising of 15 albums and over 100 songs independently.
